This was my first time at a med spa and Thao was very patient, explained everything and answered all my questions. Thao took great care of me during my visit. This was my first time getting botox and she explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions questions. I recently got my very first Botox treatment from Jessica at Aelan. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. I was a little nervous about certain side effects and she went through every concern using actual technical terms (which personally I appreciated a lot!). She was also completely okay (even encouraging!) about starting with a conservative amount for my first time. Will definitely be back again!

I went back to Jessica at Aelan for undereye Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. Jessica was again very professional and took her time explaining the process to me. This was more invasive than my previous Botox treatment, so I appreciated her communication throughout. I know bruising is inherently variable from person to person, but I had very minimal bruising, so it's clear there wasn't any bruising d/t Jessica! Will definitely keep coming to Aelan for my Botox/PRP.
